What RabbitHR is

RabbitHR is an open-source applicant tracking system. This website is informational. The software itself is provided under its open-source licence (the Community Edition is MIT licensed and free), and any paid or managed offering is governed by a separate written agreement.

Using the open-source software

Your use of the RabbitHR software is governed by the licence distributed with it, not by this page. When you self-host RabbitHR, you are responsible for your own deployment, for the candidate data you process in it, and for complying with the laws that apply to your hiring, including data-protection and equal-opportunity rules.

No warranty

This site and the open-source software are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RabbitHR is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or the software.

Not advice

Information on this site is general and for context only. It is not legal, compliance, HR, or financial advice. Any comparison or claim we make about another product is our reading of published information at a point in time; always verify against that product’s own current terms.

Intellectual property and attribution

The content and design of this site are ours unless stated otherwise. Product names and logos, including Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR and Workable, belong to their respective owners and are used only to refer to those products. RabbitHR is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Third-party links

We link to services such as Cal.com. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do.
