This policy explains what information RabbitHR (“we”, “us”) collects when you use rabbithr.co, and what we do with it. It covers this marketing website only.
RabbitHR is an open-source applicant tracking system you run yourself. When you self-host it, the candidate records, resumes, notes and other data you process live in your own database and infrastructure, not ours. We do not receive, access, or store that data. This policy therefore does not govern the data inside your RabbitHR instance; you are the controller of it.
We only collect what you choose to send us through rabbithr.co:
There are no accounts or logins on this marketing site, so we never handle passwords here.
For aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, rough device and country) we use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies, and optionally OpenPanel, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool. We do not run advertising networks and we do not sell any data. If you would prefer no analytics cookies, you can block them in your browser or use a content blocker.
To reply to you, run the call you booked, send the newsletter you asked for, and understand which pages are useful. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
A few trusted providers handle data on our behalf so we can run the site and respond:
We keep what you send only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to keep you subscribed. Ask us any time and we will delete it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Email [email protected] and we will sort it out.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
If we update this policy, the date at the top will change. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
